There are two options – You can pay for a call-out each time for us service your product and any additional labour or parts required to repair the system. Alternatively you can sign up to our annual service plans which are designed to save you time and money and provide peace of mind for ongoing bi-annual servicing of your water dispenser including filter changes. Should I choose fresh milk or granulated milk for my office coffee machine?
Fresh milk always provides a better milk texture. That’s why we set up all of our coffee machines with the manufacturer’s recommended guidance (along with our own expert testing and tasting) of semi skimmed milk. However, granulated milk has its own key benefits – it makes it much easier to clean the machine. Granulated milk can typically save 15 minutes of cleaning a day. If you have multiple machines, this can be a big time saving.
Do I need to get coffee from where I bought my coffee machine?
All coffee beans are different depending on how and in the regions in which they are gown and therefore require different settings on bean to cup machines to maximise taste but also how they are grinded to prevent breakdowns. What happens to our coffee machine if we move office?
We are well equipped here at Wellbeing Group to take care of the relocation process if you and your company are moving to a new offices. We will carry out a survey your new premises, and our engineers will relocate your coffee machine around your timelines to make this a seamless transition for you and your staff to keep the coffee flowing. (Cost is dependant on site survey).
Are coffee machines easy to clean and maintain?
All of our coffee machines can be easily wiped cleaned very quickly and easily. For a deeper clean you can follow instructions on your machines digital screens, If not we provide handy cleaning guides (below), to ensure taste and quality, but also to prevent potential blockages and breakdowns. How to descale a coffee machine?
The coffee machines that we install are fitted with a built-in descaling system, so most coffee machine do not require a descale. However, coffee machine do need regular cleaning and require filter changes, which can all included in our service plans for our engineers to carry out this work for you and save you time and money.
How do I change the water filters on my coffee machine?
If you have a tank fed coffee machine, it’s very simple to swap out the filter when they are due a change. Simply empty the water tank and pull out the existing filter to replace with the new. You can purchase new coffee machine water filters directly from our website.
If, however you have a mains-fed water supply to your coffee machine, the process of changing the filter is more complex and requires one of engineers to replace this for you. All included in our service plans, however if you do not have a service plan, please get in touch with our service team to get a quote for a filter change call out, or if would like to switch to one of our plans, where we can keep track of all this for you.
Why has my coffee machine has stopped working?
The LED screens on your coffee machine usually display the type of fault that is occurring. If the error being displayed is not something you are able to resolve, please give our friendly service and technical experts a call or fill in the service form detailing your issues and machine details and we will call you back with a solution or arrange an engineer call out.
