Wellbeing Group are a Platinum Partner for Zip Tap systems. This means we’re a fully trained and approved contractor for the supply, installation and service of all Zip Tap products. 

This also means we can service and repair any Zip tap system whether you are an existing Wellbeing Group customer or not. You could have bought your Zip Tap from anyone but we will still happily resolve your issue for you, our service standards are industry leading and we promise a rapid response to your issues.

There are two options – You can pay for a call-out each time for us service your Zip Tap and any additional labour or parts required to repair the system. Alternatively you can sign up to our annual service plans which are designed to save you time and money and provide peace of mind for ongoing bi-annual servicing of your Zip Tap including filter changes. You can see what’s included in each of our plans below.

Is ventiliation required for a Zip Tap?

Dut to the sophisticated technology, Zip under-counter system do not require much additional ventilation space, so no cutting of the cabinet doors for ventilation, meaning it won’t interfere with your kitchen design. The clearence space required for the undercounter unit is H300 x W150 x D150. All of this falls within the space requirements required for install anyway, it’s advisable however to leave this space if you store anything in the proximity of the system.

Depending on the type of Zip and the capacity you opt for will determine the size of the Zip Tap undercounter system. The most important thing to consider is if you have a minium undercounter space of W600 x H500mm availble for our engineers to be able to install a Zip Tap systme for you. The cost of your lease plan will depend on the Zip Tap system you opt for. When the lease plan ends you can choose to either terminate the lease plan and we will arrange to uninstall the tap and take it away, or you can decide to extend your lease agreement and carry out the same monthly payments or enquire about buying the tap outright from us at a fixed fee.
