No Still Water Coming Out

Check whether sparkling water is able to be dispensed. If so, then it could be that the still water side is frozen. Unplug the unit for 24 hours, then see if it will work, if not, you will need to arrange for an engineer.

No Sparkling Water Coming Out

If the sparkling button is illuminated, reset the carbonator by switching the unit off and then back on.  Also check the pressure on the CO2 regulator and that the CO2 is turned on.

Cold Water Coming Out Warm

Check unit is plugged in and blue power light is on, consequently, if it is off, turn the machine on and wait at least 45 minutes to check whether the water is coming out cold.  Secondly, if the blue light is on, check the vents on the unit to make sure they are clear of objects and dust.
